About
I've never been great at leaving well enough alone.
I work in Northern California as a wholesaler for Federated Hermes, where I've spent more than 14 years covering financial advisors. The part I like most is the conversation, especially with advisors who are hungry, entrepreneurial, and always looking for a better way to grow.
Outside of the day job, I build software. I wanted to learn to code in college and kept putting it off. During COVID, I finally started. When AI-assisted and agentic coding took off, I went deep fast, building websites, iPhone apps, and small utilities. This site was the first thing I built that made me think, okay, I can actually do this.
I'm also a husband, a new father, and someone who likes hard things. Strength training, cycling, triathlons, trail running, skiing, and pickleball, which I am told counts as a sport if you say it with enough confidence. I keep coming back to the same things: getting better, solving the problem in front of me, and sticking with it past the point where most people stop.
